About these terms
These terms govern your use of motionpipeline.com, a website operated from Poland under the MotionPipeline name. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Questions may be sent to contact form.
Customer accounts
You must provide an email address you control, keep one-time sign-in codes and authenticated sessions confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Email verification is required before the customer library can be used. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security. We may suspend an account to investigate abuse, fraud, or a security threat.
Current availability
Paid checkout is not currently available. Selected free products may be claimed through a campaign form and downloaded by the verified account that claimed them. Catalog descriptions, compatibility details, prices, features, and release plans may change before a paid product is released.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, brand, copy, graphics, previews, template designs, and other original materials belong to the MotionPipeline operator. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact details, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
External services
The site may link to third-party services, including YouTube. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link does not make MotionPipeline responsible for the third-party service or its availability.
Availability and liability
The site is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. We take reasonable care over its content, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that preview information is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MotionPipeline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this holding website. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes. We may update these terms as the website and products develop; the current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
Separate purchase terms, including payment, delivery, complaints, refunds, and digital-content withdrawal information, will be published before checkout becomes available.
Passwordless access and free products
Customer accounts use one-time codes sent to the account email address. You must control that address and must not share a sign-in code or authenticated session. Administrative staff accounts use separate password-protected access.
A free-product campaign link identifies where a claim originated; it is not a direct or transferable file URL. A free product is granted to the verified account as an entitlement and downloaded through the same protected library as paid products. Automated submissions, attempts to evade request limits, sharing authenticated download access, or circumventing technical controls are not permitted. We may block or revoke access in response to abuse or a security threat.
Optional email updates
Joining the MotionPipeline updates list is optional and separate from free downloads and account sign-in. You may unsubscribe from marketing email without losing access to products you already hold.
